I've always wanted a cake that had 2 inches of icing atop a 1/4 inch lesser stuff. Who would have thunk that I'd find the cake of my dreams in Oman?

    Actually... Metcalf bakery (aka Sentry Foods) in Madison - talk to Jeff the Manager - and let him know you want a "Peggy Frint" special cake - and you will have the makings of a frosting addiction in your hands!!!
